Cats will only be accepted for arrival and departure during the above opening times and on the dates confirmed with you on booking, this is so that we do not disturb the daily routine of the cats or the staff.
Security gates will be closed at all other times.

(Should you require a collection or drop off outside of our times of operation we will do our best to accommodate however this can not be guaranteed)

It may be possible to collect / deliver your cat from home if you live within a 10 mile radius of the farm.

Additional cost will apply.
